My Order

What does in-stock, back-ordered and made-to-order mean?

In-stock means that the item is available for purchase and ready to be shipped. Backordered means that the item is not available at the moment, as we are waiting for it to be restocked. Made-to-order are items that are customized to your specifications. Since the item goes into production after the order is placed, the shipped-out time for these items tend to be longer.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

For U.S. destinations, taxes and duties are applied at check-out according to each State Law. For international shipments, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that varies by countries.

I’m not sure of my ring size.

The average female ring size is a US size 7, and we got you a few tricks to try:- If you already have a ring, measure the internal diameter, then cross reference the diameter with the sizing info on the product page.- If you do not have a ring, simply measure the perimeter of your finger with a shoe lace or a strip of paper.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped with a gift receipt? And add a personal message?

Yes you can! When you check out your order, simply check the gift-wrapping option and input your personal message.

Can I cancel/make changes to my order?

If your order has been placed in less than 24 hours, we might be able to cancel/change for you. Please contact our service at contact@shopseesea.com

My item is incorrect or damaged.

If you receive the wrong or a damaged item, please email us at contact@shopseesea.com, with a picture of the wrong or the damaged item. We will verify your claim and send you the replacement at no cost.

What is the shipping fee and the delivery time?

Shipping is free on US orders with a minimum over $29. International shipping fee varies by country, but is waived for orders over $99. Orders will be shipped out in 1 business day once placed. Domestic orders arrive within 1-3 business days; international shipping time varies based on the location.

Tracking shows as delivered, but I have not received my package.

Contact us at contact@shopseesea.com for lost package claims.
 

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges, simply return the original item for a refund first, and place a new order.

What's your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. A return shipping fee of $5.99 for domestic orders will be deducted from the amount of refund. Please note we need to receive your returned piece by the end of the 30-day window. Engraved and Customized Products are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale. 

All returns must be:

  • Unworn

  • Have no signs of wear or damage

  • In all original packaging with box and pouch included
    (See sea will not be responsible for increased shipping fees due to large/over-sized packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.)

​Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, See Sea has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

How can I return my item?

Step1: Email us at contact@shopseesea.com with your order number and item(s) you would like to return.
Step 2: Receive an email with the digital return label on the same business day.
Step 3: Paste the return label over the original label on the package, and drop off at any USPS locations.

When can I expect a refund?

Once the refund is issued, please allow 7 business days for the refund showing up in your bank account.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
When not wearing your jewelry, place them in a small zip bag. Keep the jewelry away from scratches, liquids, sunlight, extreme temperatures and humidity. All jewelry from our Waterproof Collection are safe to sweat in and wash hands with.

What materials are used to make See Sea's waterproof jewelry ?
The base metal is stainless steel which is the same material to make forks, spoons, knives. This amazing alloy is not only durable, but will not tarnish in water and soap over the years.  We also use 18K PVD (physical vapor deposition) coating instead of regular gold plating. PVD provides an extremely durable and a tough wearing coating that is more resistant to corrosion from sweat and sunlight. As a result of the combinations of these two materials, you will find See Sea's jewelry will not change color or wear off for everyday wear.


Are the pearls on the metal real?
Yes! We use genuine freshwater pearls for all of our pearl jewelry, unless specified otherwise. 

Are See Sea's jewelry all hypoallergenic?
All of our pieces are nickel-free and lead-free. In fact, we use surgical steel that is mostly used in biomedical applications due to its hypoallergenic properties.

How do I clean my jewelry?
Soak your pieces in warm water mixed with 2 drops of bleach-free dish soap. Wait for 10 minutes and dry it with a soft cloth. 
 

Do you have a warranty?

For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any change or fade of color occurs. A few exclusions for our 1-year warranty are

  • Physical scratches, dents, damages caused by sharp or strong objects 

  • The jewelry shows normal signs of wear or becomes less sparkle over time
